OUR PURPOSE
A collaboration of businesses with different skills make up Generation Jones
We are individual businesses who collaborate to help our independent clients develop successful Retirement Villages. We combine our collective strengths and core values to help navigate investors and developers through this process.
By offering combined niche expertise, we navigate clients through what has traditionally been a challenging investment opportunity. We ensure an efficient and well executed experience and access to our knowledge, that is often hard to tap into as an individual.
We understand that clients may either choose to enlist all of the Generation Jones members services, or a selection of one or two of us. Our purpose is to assist our clients in achieving project success, and so you can select our services accordingly.
WHY THE NAME?
The Baby Boomer Generation are already choosing a Retirement Village for their parents. They have, or will have a clear understanding of what the process requirements are, and more importantly what their personal preferences are to accommodate for their own retirement, which may be far from what their parent's expectations were.
When we take into consideration not just the Baby Boomer generation but the group that will succeed it – Generation Jones – we are in a better position to revolutionise how the Retirement Village industry can be developed in the future.
GENERATION JONES
Generation Jones is a term coined by the author Jonathan Pontell to describe the cohort of people born from approximately 1954 to 1965. Pontell defined Generation Jones as referring to the last years of the post–World War II baby boom.
